When you book a table we ask for your name, a phone number, and a contact email. We use them to hold the booking, confirm it on the day, and let you know if anything changes.
We don't share your details with anyone. We don't put you on a mailing list - we don't have one.
If you'd like us to remove your record, email **bonjour@thebistro.example** and we'll do it within the week. The till keeps a record of card payments for HMRC for six years; everything else goes.
